Invader

A student at the École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts in Paris, Invader has been installing a series of mosaic Space Invaders on the walls of major international cities since 1996. To preserve his anonymity, the artist chooses to appear masked during his interviews.

The installation of his works, which is usually carried out without the prior agreement of the site owner, is what he calls L’invasion.
