BIOGRAPHY

 

Coming from pop culture, Niki draws her inspiration from music, cinema, fashion, pop art and urban art. Iconographic representations, from Mona Lisa to Mickey Mouse, cult artists of the 20th century (Frida Kahlo, Gainsbourg…) and her mentors, Basquiat, Keith Haring, Niki de Saint Phalle, Alexander McQUEEN….

She likes to represent her characters in a colorful and powerful universe at the same time. His paintings offer different levels of reading from which a whole symbolism emerges. Niki uses different techniques: acrylic, spray paint, posca, pencil, collage and different supports: wooden planks, road signs, wooden pallets, recycled objects, canvases…

Young artist, newly arrived on the artistic scene, she exhibits with the greatest French contemporary artists, such as Richard ORLINSKI and creates works with 4 hands with, Cévé Ricardo MOSNER and Michel AUDIARD who admire her style and her determination.
